Returns
To complete your return, we require the purchaser’s name, email address, shipping address, order number and description of the item(s) returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s). We encourage our customers to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returned merchandise. In the case of a lost or damaged return, a refund will not be issued.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will issue a full refund to your credit card (or other payment method) for the price of any product that you return and applicable taxes paid on the product’s value (minus the shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes on the shipping and handling charges), if we receive your product return request within sixty (30) days of the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We offer the refund for the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.
